Returns & Exchanges

• Each piece is made using natural materials and small-batch production
• Markings, pattern size, spacing, and texture will vary and are part of the design
  
  

Cancellations (All Orders)

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only
• After 24 hours, all orders are considered final
  
  

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders are made in small batches and secured upon purchase
• Cancellations beyond 24 hours are not allowed
• Approved returns and exchanges for pre-orders are issued as store credit only
  
  

On-hand Items (Regular Orders)

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Approved returns are eligible for a refund to the original payment method
• Refunds will be processed once we received the returned item
  
  

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  
  

Unclaimed Orders Policy

If an order is returned to Sunset Archive because it was unclaimed, not picked up, or undeliverable due to customer-related reasons (such as an incorrect address or failure to collect the package), the following applies:

• Once the order is returned to us, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
• If you would still like to receive your order, we are happy to resend it. A new shipping fee must be paid before reshipment.
• Customers must respond within 5 days of our notification. If no response is received, the order will be considered closed and the item may be returned to inventory.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refund requests for unclaimed orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refunds where the order was shipped correctly and returned due to the customer's failure to receive or claim the package.
